Delivery after payment
When purchasing becomes available, confirm your inputs and chosen language before checkout. The complete report is unlocked only after payment is verified. Three-card reports are generated after payment; Qimen reports use your birth-chart data. Generation may take a few minutes. Keep your order confirmation and download the PDF. Recovery instructions and the applicable access period will be shown before purchase; they are not available yet.
Immediate digital delivery
Before payment, you will be asked to actively agree to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that any applicable change-of-mind withdrawal right may end when delivery begins, to the extent permitted by law. The checkbox will not be preselected.
After successful delivery
We generally do not refund successfully delivered reports solely for a change of mind, disagreement with the interpretation or a hoped-for outcome not occurring. Read the free preview and sample before purchasing.
Problems we will resolve
For duplicate charges, payment without access, failed generation, missing promised content or an incorrect delivery, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and provide a correction, free retry, replacement or refund as appropriate. If we cannot deliver the purchased report, we will refund it. This does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
